Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure clarity and a smooth booking experience, please review our policies below:

1. Non-Refundable Empowerment Session Fees:

   • Empowerment session fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. These sessions are intended to discuss specific legal issues to determine if we can assist.

   • If it is mutually agreed to move forward with your case, the fee paid for the empowerment session will be applied as a credit toward the outstanding balance associated with that case.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

   • We understand that schedules may change. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

   • Rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur an additional fee.

3. Cancellations:

   • If you cancel your appointment, please note that the empowerment session fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another client.

4. Late Arrivals:

   • Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, the session may need to be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

   • Sessions starting more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and you may forfeit your session fee and any right to reschedule without incurring new charges.

5. No-Show Policy:

   • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their session fee and any right to reschedule without incurring new charges.

Final Confirmation: Once your Empowerment session is booked, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your appointment. Please respond to that e-mail and send any important documents relevant to your case.

     • Marriage or birth certificates (if relevant to your case).
